What is the Revival Ladder?
The Revival Ladder is a new progression system for the Set Revival: Dawn of Heroes, which is meant to give players a feeling of progression beyond just winning and losing. With the Revival Ladder, we're experimenting with new ways to reward players for both their skill and how they play TFT
Revival Ladder Ranks
The Revival Ladder has its own set of ranks, most of which have five divisions:
Rank (Divisions) |
SP Required Per Division |
---|---|
Unranked (1) |
1 (Play 1 match to advance) |
Apprentice (5) |
500 |
Guide (5) |
1000 |
Expert (5) |
1500 |
Guru (5) |
2000 |
Scholar (5) |
2500 |
Sage (5) |
4000 |
Oracle (5) |
6000 |
Visionary (1) |
N/A (The sky's the limit!) |
Strategy Points (SP)
Strategy Points (SP) are the Revival Ladder equivalent of LP, and they're required to climb the Revival Ladder's ranks. The better you do in a match, the more SP you earn.
Rank and Division | 1st | 2nd | 3rd | 4th | 5th | 6th | 7th | 8th |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Unranked–Scholar (all divisions) | 1000 | 800 | 600 | 400 | 200 | 150 | 100 | 50 |
Sage V - Sage III | 1000 | 800 | 600 | 400 | 0 | -200 | -400 | -600 |
Sage II - Oracle V | 1000 | 800 | 600 | 400 | -200 | -400 | -600 | -800 |
Oracle IV - Oracle II | 1000 | 800 | 600 | 400 | -400 | -600 | -800 | -1000 |
Oracle I - Visionary+ | 1000 | 800 | 600 | 400 | -600 | -800 | -1000 | -1200 |
Ranks Unranked–Scholar offer pure progression. In other words, you earn SP even if you bot 4. You only start to lose SP in defeat from Sage–Visionary, but while you can drop between divisions, you will never drop ranks no matter how many times you lose. Get ready to climb!
Skills
Climbing the Ranks unlocks special Skills from Apprentice–Sage. Each rank generally has three Skills to choose from (except Apprentice, which has two). You can only have one active Skill per rank, but each Skill stacks and you can change them at any time between matches.
These Skills provide SP bonuses for certain gameplay actions you take during a Set Revival match. Pick Skills that suit your playstyle, and you'll be flying up the ranks.
Revival Ladder Rewards
Most of the rewards you get for climbing the ranks are pretty straightforward:
Rank | Reward |
---|---|
Apprentice | 50 Star Shards |
Guide | 100 Realm Crystals |
Expert | 50 Treasure Tokens |
Guru | 100 Realm Crystals |
Scholar | 50 Treasure Tokens |
Sage | 200 Realm Crystals |
Oracle | Tactician's Badge: Oracle's Insignia (temporary) |
Visionary | Tactician's Badge: Visionary's Triumph (temporary) |
Reach Oracle or Visionary, and you'll get special flair for your nameplate to show the world that you're a Set Revival superstar!
This flair shows in all TFT modes and lasts until Magic N' Mayhem: Tome II ends on November 18, 2024 at 11:59pm.
Rank Reset
Finally, your Revival Ladder Rank resets at the end of the Set Revival. This gives every player a chance at glory when a new Set Revival comes out and makes those temporary Tactician's Badges shine all the brighter.
