In-Game Store Troubleshooting Guide (Mobile)

Running into issues when trying to buy something in store? Whether it’s an item from the Store or premium currency, here are a few quick checks and fixes you can try to get your purchase working again.

Check for ongoing Store issues

Visit the official game channels or Riot Games Service Status page to make sure there aren’t any reported problems.

Update the Game

Check if there's any pending updates to the game. Outdated versions of the game can potentially cause some features to run wonky, so let's cross that off the list!

Clear Cache (Android only)

Follow Google's instructions to clear your cache. Make sure to only clear the cache, and not the data, as this will cause you to lose additional information saved in your device.

Restart the Game

It sounds simple, but restarting the app can refresh your session and clear temporary hiccups.

Remember to fully close the game (it shouldn't be running in the background!) and wait a few seconds before launching the game again.

Configure Your Connection

Sometimes a connection drop or unstable Wi-Fi can cause Store errors. A little tweak to your mobile connection can probably help out.

Reinstall the game

Still can't get the store to work? A quick reinstall should do the trick.
