Bugs have a sneaky way of showing up when you least expect them. Maybe a character’s hat is suddenly floating mid-air, or a button decides it no longer wants to be clicked. Big or small, weird or game breaking, every bug matters.
Our QA and engineering teams are constantly on the hunt to squash these troublemakers, and your reports help us find them faster. So if you spot something that seems off, let us know and we’ll grab our digital flyswatters to take care of it.
Send us a ticket
Before sending your report in, check out our website for any known issues! If it's not there or you're still having issues, scroll down and submit a bug report ticket (if that doesn't work, just go to the game support page and submit a ticket there). For your best shot at either fixing the problem or contributing to an eventual fix, do include:
- A detailed description of the bug
- Game logs
- Any other evidence you may have, like screenshots or video
